Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Healthy Bean purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return item(s) in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the customer for any postage costs relating to the return.

For exchanges (e.g., for a different colour, size, or style), please place a new order directly on our website. Your original order will be credited upon our receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Standard postage charges will apply to the new order.

Important Notes for Returns:

• Responsibility for Goods: Items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. For your protection, we recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a delivery service that insures the value of your goods.
• Inspection: All returned goods will be inspected upon arrival.
• Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and include all tags.
• Unsaleable Condition: In the unlikely event an item is returned in an unsaleable condition, we may return it to you without issuing a refund or exchange.
