We want you to be completely satisfied with your Healthy Bean purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return item(s) in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the customer for any postage costs relating to the return.
Exceptions: Please note that all made to order items (branded with logo) are not returnable, as once the garments are embroidered/ printed with logo they cannot be removed. We strongly recommend checking your size, colour, style, and order details carefully before placing your order.
For exchanges (e.g., for a different colour, size, or style), please place a new order directly on our website. Your original order will be credited upon our receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Standard postage charges will apply to the new order.
