Welcome to Healthy Bean Ltd. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and the purchase of any goods from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. About Us

• "We", "us", "our" refers to Healthy Bean Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Placing an Order

• When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email confirmation to confirm that we have received your order.
• A legally binding contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your goods. We will send you a dispatch confirmation email at this time.

3. Price and Payment

• All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at the current rate.
• Prices are exclusive of delivery charges, which will be clearly stated at the checkout.
• Payment must be made at the time of order through the methods provided on our website. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details.
• Any orders over £75 in value (excluding VAT) will be delivered to the UK mainland carriage paid.

4. Delivery

• We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to meet the delivery timescales, but during busy periods (such as back-to-school season), deliveries may take longer.
• The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon successful delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.
• To cancel, you must inform us in writing by emailing sales@healthybean.org.
• You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

Condition of Returned Items

• Goods must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• We reserve the right to reduce the value of your refund if the returned goods show signs of wear or damage.

Exceptions: Personalised Items

• Please note: Items that have been personalised for you (e.g., with embroidered names or initials) cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty. Please double-check sizing and spelling before ordering personalised items.

Faulty Goods

• Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described, and get a full refund.
• This right is limited to 30 days from the date you take ownership of your goods. After 30 days, you will not be legally entitled to a full refund but may be entitled to a repair or replacement.
• If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately at sales@healthybean.org with your order number and details of the fault.

Processing Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
• The refund will be made to the original payment method. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty.

6. Product Information

• We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate.
• Please be aware that the colours you see on your monitor may differ slightly from the actual colours of the garments.
• It is your responsibility to ensure you have ordered the correct size. Please refer to our sizing guide for assistance.

7. Data Protection

• We will use the personal information you provide to us to process your order and manage your account.
• We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.

8. Our Liability

• Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising under this contract is limited to the total amount you have paid for the goods.
• We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
